ABA Helps is seeking part-time motivated and caring behavior technicians to work with children and adolescence affected by Autism within their homes. You will be working with a client implementing ABA (applied behavior analysis) therapy programs developed by a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).

Hours vary by client, but primarily seek late afternoon availability Monday through Friday. Potential for weekend availability.

Locations vary across Massachusetts. Case placement will be determined based on your location and availability.

We offer competitive pay, $20-25, based on experience with the opportunity to earn a raise after completing Registered Behavior Technician training.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct and implement 1:1 behavioral support and applied behavior analysis treatment as determined in the client's treatment program.

  • Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions.

  • Work collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.

  • Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and clinical supervisors.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a related field (Psychology, Education, Sociology, Nursing) preferred.

  • Prior ABA experience is a plus but not required.

  • Prior experience working with special-needs children is preferred.


Requirements

  • Must be able to pass a CORI background check.

  • Must have reliable transportation.

  • Must be punctual, communicative, and reliable.
