Currently we are hiring part-time and full-time Board-Certified Behavior Analysts throughout Massachusetts.

Minimum requirements
Board certification (BCBA)
Licensed in Massachusetts (LABA)
Reliable transportation
Responsibilities
Conduct a variety of assessments and FBAs.
Develop, manage, and oversee treatment plans and progress reports.
Monitor progress on skills and make teaching modifications as needed in order to reach goals.
Provide supervision, on-site training, support, and mentorship for Behavior Technicians.
Coordinate with school, doctors, and other providers for collaborative treatment.
