Minimum requirements

• Board certification (BCBA)

• Licensed in Massachusetts (LABA)

• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Conduct a variety of assessments and FBAs.

• Develop, manage, and oversee treatment plans and progress reports.

• Monitor progress on skills and make teaching modifications as needed in order to reach goals.

• Provide supervision, on-site training, support, and mentorship for Behavior Technicians.

• Coordinate with school, doctors, and other providers for collaborative treatment.
